Data Browser

The Data Browser lets you view and manage all collaboration data in an environment — rooms, threads, comments, and users.

Accessing the Data Browser

  1. Go to Environments in the sidebar
  2. Click on an environment
  3. Click Browse Data (or navigate to the Data tab)

What You See

Rooms

The top-level view shows all rooms in the environment with:

  • Room ID
  • Number of threads
  • Number of comments
  • Creation date

Click a room to drill down into its threads.

Threads

Within a room, see all threads with:

  • Thread status (active or resolved)
  • First comment preview
  • Comment count
  • Creation date

Click a thread to see all its comments.

Comments

Within a thread, see every comment with:

  • Author name and avatar
  • Comment body
  • Timestamp and edit status
  • Reactions

Users

Switch to the Users tab to see everyone who has connected:

  • Name and avatar
  • External ID (the userId from your system)
  • Color assignment
  • Comment count
  • First seen date

Use the search bar to filter rooms by ID or users by name. Results update as you type.

Moderation Actions

Admins can:

  • Delete a thread — removes the thread and all its comments
  • Delete a comment — removes a single comment (if it's the last one, the thread is also removed)
  • Edit a comment — modify comment text (e.g., remove inappropriate content)

INFO

Members have view-only access. Only Admins can delete or edit data.

Pagination

Large data sets are paginated (20 items per page). Use the Previous/Next buttons to navigate.
